Standard proposes three individual logins, Team eight. Each person should authenticate separately to access their authorised company workspace. Shared passwords are not recommended, and the multi-user feature must be tested before launch.
No. Price Discovery organises observed prices from quotations recorded by the company. These may not represent all suppliers or prices currently available in the market.
Standard and Team will have distinct allowances. Actual limits will be published only after realistic processing-load and cost testing. There is no promise of unlimited processing.
The existing product exports Excel-compatible CSV files. Native .xlsx and automated formatted reporting should only be advertised after implementation and verification.
